The 28 Herb Profiles we cover in this course are available as a part of the course online, and in a digital download. They are designed to be printed and cut with ease so you can have "flash card" style references.
Recipe Booklet
The Recipe section of this course is a booklet guide that is meant to inspire your own makings. It features 14 "recipes", some with exact measurements and ingredients for an easy follow along experience, and others that list ingredient options. From these options you choose the path of your creation. Fill the blank pages at the end of the book with your favorite recipes that you find or create! Further recipes and inspiration can be found in the member's only blog!
Essential Oil Profile Cards
We cover 8 essential Essential oils in this course. I personally prefer to craft an infused oil over using an essential oil, but essential oils have their place and there are many great benefits to aromatherapy. Included are 8 "flash card" style cards that can be printed and cut similar to the Herb Profile Cards
